Big events are hard to navigate — for fans and hosts.
World-cup-scale events sprawl across a city for a few weeks and then vanish. The experience around them is stitched together from tools that were never meant to work together.
- 01temporary FanFests and event zones are hard to discover
- 02fans rely on scattered tools — maps, emails, social, screenshots
- 03entry processes cause confusion and long wait times
- 04international visitors face language and navigation barriers
- 05missed events reduce engagement with official experiences and vendors
One platform for access, navigation, and engagement.
FanID+ connects to a fan's existing Fan ID and pulls everything they need for the event into one place — so getting in, getting around, and finding what's on stop being separate problems.
Designed as scalable infrastructure, not just an app.
A multi-screen iOS prototype, built around real people in a real crowd.
FanID+ started from usability and real-world needs, then applied user flow, visual hierarchy, and navigation principles to a setting most apps never test: tens of thousands of people, many languages, one afternoon. I'm continuing to refine the UX and its real-world feasibility.
